The hotel private beach is sandy and the seabed mixed: sand and rocks (rubber shoes are recommended for the part with rocks).

No ups and downs from the car to get to the sea, no hot seats to load children onto, no sand flooding the whole cabin. Store the car keys in a drawer and unplug them for good. It's needed from time to time. In fact, it's always needed.
And speaking of relaxation, the hotel has a Beauty Center by appointment for those over 16 with minor beauty treatments such as waxing, manicures and pedicures, but, the real highlight are the massages.
The hotel has two seawater pools, one with shallow water up to 70 cm for the little ones and one with water from 1.30 to 2.10 for teens and adults.

Family Hotel pet friendly

At Hotel Saline your four-legged friends are welcome! We welcome small dogs up to 10 kg, with an extra charge of € 20.00 per day. We ask you to indicate their presence already when requesting a quote or reservation.
Four-legged guests can enjoy the green spaces and outdoor gardens, but are not allowed access to restaurant, pool, bar and beach. For a peaceful stay for all, please respect the rules of the facility.

The rooms of the Saline hotel

Hotel Saline has rooms of different sizes, from the smallest of 15 square meters to the very large Junior Suite with penthouse. Some rooms can accommodate up to 6 people, perfect for large families. Interconnecting rooms are also available.
Rooms are divided into three categories: Standard, Superior and Deluxe. Plus Junior Suite
All rooms are spacious and bright and have central air conditioning, bathroom with shower or bathtub and hair dryer, TV with satellite and Sky antenna, balcony or terrace, mini bar, safe and unlimited Wi-fi. Some rooms enjoy a splendid view of the sea and the private beach below.
On request all equipment for families with small children: cribs, safety rails, baby bathtub, bottle warmer and changing table.
All room types benefit from free umbrella with two deck chairs at the private beach in front of the hotel. Rooms with a sea view are entitled to a beach umbrella in the first row, the others in the second and third rows but still very close to the sea, which is a maximum of ten meters away.

Restaurant

Did you know that the Mediterranean diet originated in Cilento?
It is a way of eating and a way of life that has its roots in Magna Graecia and was codified by Ancel Keys, a well-known American physiologist who, having landed in Paestum in '44, later returned there after the Second World War. Fascinated by the nutrition of this spectacular corner of Italy, he decided to settle right in Cilento and delved into the health benefits of the Mediterranean diet with a study.
Therefore, the hotel cannot fail to offer catering based on the Mediterranean diet and quality ingredients. Thanks to the in-house organic garden, much of the produce used by the chefs is picked and eaten, literally. The rest of the ingredients come exclusively from the province of Salerno from selected suppliers renowned for their high standard of quality.
Theservice is buffet style for breakfast while for lunch and dinner, waiters serve at the table.
At lunch, guests can choose from three first and three second courses, and at dinner from four first and four second courses. Desserts, fruits and vegetables are buffet style. Alternatively, one can also opt for pizza, which is known to be divine in these parts. The pizzeria is always open and can substitute a meal for those who choose the half- or full-board package.
Guests can choose between breakfast only, half board or full board. Drinks at meals are not included in the price.
The hotel can safely prepare glutenfree meals for guests with celiac disease and can accommodate all dietary needs, all you need to do is mention it when booking.

Children can choose to lunch with the entertainers or stay at the table with mom and dad. The person in charge comes by the pool and beach every morning to ask who among the children and teens wants to have lunch with the animators and to agree on the menu.
Once a week a pizzata is organized on the beach with the animators, for a truly unforgettable experience.

(Block)For the preparation of baby food for weaning babies, the chef cooks fresh vegetable purees and broths every day, which parents can find in the baby bottle room open h24, equipped with a stove, refrigerator, bottle warmer, sink and sterilizer. Alternatively, it is possible to ask in the morning for special foods to be prepared for the very smallest babies, but these will be served in the restaurant from 12:30 pm. (/block)

Animation and mini-club

At Hotel Saline, the Miniclub and animation accompany families throughout the day in high season, from the end of school to the first week of September, with activities from 9:45 am to 10 pm.

The Miniclub is dedicated to children from 3 to 12 years old and offers a rich program of games, sports, workshops and evening baby dance every day. In the mornings, entertainment takes place on the beach, with aqua aerobics for parents and games for the little ones, while in the afternoons we move to the pool. Twice a week, children visit the organic vegetable garden, where they discover where the vegetables served at the table come from and pick tomatoes, with a special snack of the freshest bread and tomatoes.

Entertainers offer sports tournaments, group games, evening shows and creative workshops, ensuring engaging but discreet entertainment suitable for the whole family. The Miniclub Saline, with qualified staff, guarantees a safe and stimulating environment, where children are the real protagonists of their vacation, while parents can relax and enjoy their stay.

Cilento

The hotel is located just outside the center of Palinuro, a lively town in Cilento.
The vacation in the Cilento will be a great opportunity to take a boat trip to the beautiful sea caves, hike in the Cilento National Park and visit the impressive ruins of the Greek temples of Paestum, a treasure of the World Heritage.
