Explore the magic of the Aosta Valley as you stroll through enchanting forests with our 17 affectionate alpacas in Montjovet, at the foot of the Aosta Valley peaks. During this relaxing hour-and-a-half walk among the breathtaking views of the Alps, enjoy amusing anecdotes, unexpected cuddles, and with the sweetness of alpacas.
What the adventure includes: Welcoming by our alpaca family, including Daphne, Whisky, Nathan and others. Briefing on how to interact with alpacas and food provided to get close to these tender friends. Guided 1.5-kilometer walk suitable for everyone, with everyone allowed to hand lead their own alpaca. Fun stories and anecdotes about alpacas, with opportunities to take souvenir photos and cuddle the animals. At the end, we return to the starting point for further interaction and a chance to learn about the production of their wool, from beanies to handmade clothing.
Practical Info Total duration of activity: about 2 hours. Suitable for all ages; children under 4 participate free of charge with an adult. Children ages 5 to 15 can lead alpacas independently under the supervision of the guide. The trail is not accessible with wheelchairs or strollers. Activity available year-round, confirmed with at least 2 participants. The meeting point is not accessible by public transportation. Dogs are not allowed.
Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the season. Don't forget to bring: Water bottle. Sunglasses. Hat.
